University of Miami football
program, and Assistant Director of Volleyball Operations at the University of Maryland where he also played collegiate club volleyball.

Head coach of the U.S. Men’s National Volleyball Team since 2013. Head coach of UCLA Men’s Volleyball since 2012. Led U.S. Men’s National Team to Bronze medal in 2016 Rio Olympics and the World Cup Gold Medal in 2015. Joined the U.S. Men’s staff in 2007 under then head coach Hugh McCutcheon. AVJ has built three multi-million dollar facilities in Austin and has donated over $150,000 in volleyball equipment to local schools. Previously, Head Coach, University of Wisconsin and Assistant Coach, University of Texas Women’s Volleyball for 17 years. Inducted into the AVCA Hall of Fame 2018. Received the George J. Fisher Leader in Volleyball Award in 1998.

Moore is the Commissioner of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC), a NCAA DII Athletic Conference. His role focuses on the negotiation of corporate partnerships and conference media rights agreements among other things. Moore served as General Counsel for the ABA franchise Jersey Express Basketball Club, has taught Master’s courses at Georgia State University’s Sports Management Program, member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and author of "Searching for Michael Jordan

Rogers spearheads First Point's initiatives to grow boys' high school volleyball, and increase diversity. Served as CEO of the Fulfillment Fund focused on making college a reality for students growing up in under-resourced communities. Served as Executive Director of California Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. Graduated from Princeton after being a two-time Ivy League MVP. Masters's degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
38 years in the investment management business and now manages his family office. Most recently served as CEO and CIO of Aesir Capital Management - a spin out from Diamondback Capital Partners - ACM was an equity and fixed income investment platform managing ~$1.2b. Mark spent much of past decade coaching professional beach players such as Reid Priddy and Theo Brunner, Casey Patterson & Stafford Slick, Todd Rogers, and Amanda Dowdy. Mark has been a club Founder and an Assistant Commissioner.
Haley spent 17 Years as Head Coach, USC Women’s Volleyball as its winningest coach in program history, and was recognized as an AVCA National Coach of the Year, Volleyball Magazine National Coach of the Year, and twice PAC 12 Conference Coach of the Year. Spent 17 years as head women’s coach at the University of Texas, winning two national championships. Haley began his career coaching men at Kellogg Community College. Member of AVCA and Ball State Hall of Fames among others.

Served as CEO of Standard Pacific Homes from 2012 to 2015 during which he oversaw the acquisition of Ryland to form Cal Atlantic. Served as Executive Chairman of Cal Atlantic Group from 2015 until 2018. Oversaw the merger of CalAtlantic with Lennar Corporation and has since served as a Director on Lennar Corporation’s board since February 12, 2018. Serves on the board of Pacific Life Insurance Company. Serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of HomeAid America.

Thanks to the leadership of First Point board member Scott Siegfried, Colorado (CHSAA) sanctioned boys volleyball in 2019. First Point Volleyball Foundation seeks to follow his leadership to have high school boys volleyball sanctioned in all 50 states.
